The Crusader football team defeated Goodhue Saturday, Nov. 11 by a score of 31-21 in the 2017 Class A State Football Quarterfinals! Read more about the game in this story at the MN Football Hub.

With this victory, the team advances to the state semifinals, which are played at US Bank Stadium.  The Crusaders will play next Saturday, November 18 at 11:30 AM.  Mayer Lutheran is designated as the visiting team for the game, so please note the seating directions and information for the visitors.  The game is the second game of the day on Saturday.

Here is some important information regarding the game:

  • There will be fan buses for the game on Saturday.  Cost is $5.00  All are invited to ride the bus.  Riding the bus will help avoid parking issues at the stadium.  You may sign up in the Association Office with Karen Loehrs or Renae Johnson.  You can also sign up by emailing Kris Gustin.  Please sign up early in the week so the school can plan for the number of buses needed.  Fan buses will depart Mayer Lutheran at 9:45am to allow plenty of time to arrive and get into the stadium.
  • Advance tickets are available for purchase.  The cost is $14.00 for adults and $9.00 for students.  These tickets are the same price as those you can purchase at the stadium, but you will save time by not having to stand in line, so please take advantage of this opportunity.  Tickets will be available in the Association Office from Karen Loehrs or Renae Johnson.  If you are writing a check, please make it payable to Mayer Lutheran High School.
  • Please note Association Office hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

If you plan to attend, please read this spectator guide for the semifinal games at US Bank Stadium. It contains information regarding tickets, entrance, seating and items that cannot be brought in to the stadium.
