The Mayer Lutheran High School theatre program is proud to present The Sound of Music. This musical is based on the story of the Von Trapp family as told in the memoir of Maria von Trapp. Performances will be held on November 17 and 18 at 7:00 PM and 2:30 PM on November 19. (Note time change for Sunday performance) Tickets available at the door. General admissions – $10.00 adults and $7.00 students.
Our football team defeated Goodhue Saturday 31-21 in the 2017 Class A State Football Quarterfinals. With this victory, we advance to the state semifinals, which are played at US Bank Stadium. The Crusaders will play next Saturday, November 18 at 11:30am. Attached is a spectator guide for the semifinal games at US Bank Stadium. Please review this if you plan to attend. It contains information regarding tickets, entrance, seating and items that cannot be brought in to the stadium. We are designated as visitors on Saturday, so please note the seating directions and information for the visitors. We are the second game of the day on Saturday.
Additionally, here is some important information regarding the game:
- We will run fan buses for the game on Saturday. Cost is $5.00 All are invited to ride the bus. Riding the bus will help avoid parking issues at the stadium. You may sign up in the Association Office with Karen or Renae. You can also sign up by emailing me directly. Please sign up early in the week so we can plan for the number of buses we need. Fan buses will depart Mayer Lutheran at 9:45am to allow plenty of time to arrive and get into the stadium.
- We have advance tickets available for purchase. The cost is $14.00 for adults and $9.00 for students. These tickets are the same price as those you can purchase at the stadium, but you will save time by not having to stand in line. I encourage you to take advantage of this. Tickets will be available in the Association Office from Karen and Renae. If you are writing a check, please make it payable to Mayer Lutheran High School.
- Please note Association Office hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm on Monday and Tuesday, 7:00am to 4:30pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
