McHayl Diedrick and Sophie Flucas were crowned SnoFest King and Queen at Sunday night’s SnoFest Coronation in the festively decorated Mayer Lutheran High School Fine Arts Auditorium. The crowning of the new king and queen was the culmination of an evening that included a super-heroic entrance by emcees Ethan Paulsrud and Garrett Tjernagel, reports about winter activities at MLHS, and a competition between the boys and girls of the senior court to see who knew the most about Garrett and Ethan. (The boys squeaked out a win.)
Other members of the court were freshmen attendants Anna Karels and Austin Crown; sophomore attendants Alexa Eggers and Brevin Monroe; junior attendants Madison Hucky and Cole Hagen; and senior court members Kiah Bakken, Lucy Koch, Addison Luehrs, Elliana Martin, Cole Davis, Brandon Jilek, Mitchell Johnson, and Tyler Wilaby.
