“We are excited to be able to offer volleyball and football as fall sports this year,” shared MLHS Activities Director, Kris Gustin. “Additional protocols will likely be implemented to insure the safety of our coaches, student-athletes, workers and those able to attend. We will share and update these as we receive them on our school web page and in social media.”
“Fall seasons for our teams have been a priority for our school ever since the MSHSL made the decision to reconsider their earlier decision to hold off until March,” added MLHS Executive Director Joel Landskroener. “For the overall wellbeing of our student athletes and for the opportunity to grow school pride around all traditional fall sports, we have encouraged this change. We are grateful that games will be held and urge our fans to honor whatever protocols have been adopted, especially those limiting fan attendance.”
