MLHS One Act Play Makes it to Section Finals

Congratulations to the Mayer Lutheran High School One Act Play cast who finished second in their subsection and advanced to compete at the Section 4A finals on Saturday, February 4 at St. Paul Academy! They faced seven other schools there, all of them vying to move on to the State One Act Play Festival.

New Life Academy’s play “Writer’s Block” was selected as the Section 4A champion by the judges. The MLHS play, “Cheaters,” ultimately finished in fifth place. This is the first time the MLHS One Act has advance to the section finals since 2018.
