Summer Opportunities for Students

Employment Opportunities

Westwood Place in Watertown is looking for a high school student to help the kitchen staff, as a part-time position. The hours would be approximately 3 – 7 pm. Please contact: Jacquelyn Stedder at 955.1399 or just stop in and inquire about the position.

A Mayer family is looking for a high school student to tutor three mornings a week over the summer vacation. The two students that need the tutoring are ages 8 and 11. The pay is approximately $10 per hour but is negotiable. Please see Mrs. Kelzer if you are interested.

Bethesda is currently looking for students that are 17 years-old or older to work or volunteer for their organization. Please talk to Mrs. Kelzer or contact: Connie Schwichtenberg for more information.

Bethany Lutheran College offers some summer camps for students. One is an Art Camp offered to students in grades 5-12 and the other is a One Act Theatre Camp for grades 9-12. If you need more information, please contact Mrs. Kelzer or online: blc.edu/artcamp.
