To register for a sport or activity:
Pay fee
A per-student athletic participation fee is due on or before the start of the sport.
Submit required forms
Participants in sports are required to have up-to-date Sports Physical and MSHSL Eligibility forms. Contact the office if you are unsure of the status of your athlete.

- MSHSL Eligibility Statement & Annual Health Questionnaire Required Annually
Attend parent/student activities meeting
This activities meeting is held prior to the start of school year. Look for date and time on the school calendar.
